Holiday Gift Idea and Giveaway #3: Appaloosa Designs
Our third gift idea and giveaway for the 2011 holiday season is Appaloosa Designs!
Appaloosa Designs has been up and running since 2010. It began as a hobby, something to do to keep busy during a hard time. It has since blossomed into an artistic expression and an Etsy shop.
She makes lovely necklaces and also offers photography, paintings, and drawings. All her art is inspired by nature, and has a very homey, rustic feel, while still keeping a crisp and refreshing feel.
Her hobbies are outdoor photography, horseback riding, and aquarium-keeping--all inspirations for her art.
Want to win a brass necklace or an 8x10 print from Appaloosa Designs? Enter below using the Rafflecopter form!
Can't wait, and want something now? Visit Appaloosa Designs' Etsy page and pick something out! Use the code KimChee15 at checkout for 15% off everything in the store!

Holiday Gift Idea and Giveaway #1: Jen's Wreaths
Starting November 26 until Christmas, I will have an entry featuring a holiday gift idea, sale, or giveaway! These entries will be posted on Saturdays and Sundays. So check back on the weekends for new steals and deals!
This first entry features Jen's Wreaths in Deer River, Minnesota! They make fresh Christmas wreaths from around October to the end of December. They sent me one last year in exchange for blogging about them, and I was impressed! It came in a nicely packaged box, and it smelled amazing. We hung it in our living room so we could smell it all winter. I don't think we got around to throwing it away until mid-April, and even then it looked and smelled fresh.
Christmas wreaths, especially Minnesota-made wreaths, are something I've come to love. They're just so fresh and festive. But they don't just make wreaths. They also make door swags, centerpieces, crosses, and candy canes. And I'm not sure if it's new or not this year, but they also sell wreath accessories and ornaments.
Another new thing this year is Thanksgiving decor. If you're not quite ready for Christmas, it looks like they still have some harvest wreaths and swags available.
Their fresh wreaths are super affordable, and they are also offering free shipping throughout the holidays. What's not to like?
Want to win your own fresh wreath (pictured to the left)? Check out the Rafflecopter form below! One lucky winner will win an 18-inch traditional wreath, compliments of Jen's Wreaths!

A Sweet Giveaway!
I've touted Decadent Desserts before, back when Kim Chee Casserole used to have a Favorite Thing of the Week. The blog has changed a bit since then, but one thing hasn't--my cupcake love!
Cupcakes from Decadent Desserts come in full- and bite-sizes. There's even a giant cupcake cake! Choose from traditional flavors like Carrot, Chocolate, and Red Velvet, or more creative flavors like Mint Chocolate Chip, Salty Caramel, or Cookies n Creme.
Triple Chocolate Decadence and Chocolate Peanut Butter Surprise are my favorites!
The cupcakes can also be filled with delightful flavored centers, including traditional buttercream, strawberry, lemon, marshmallow, or chocolate mousse.
(Doesn't a chocolate cupcake filled with marshmallow or hazelnut and topped with buttercream or caramel frosting sound heavenly?)
Look at these super cute cupcake push pops.
And, of course, they make regular cakes too.
Cake pops can be made in a variety of shapes, colors, and flavors. They are planted in beautiful bases and packaged to protect them until delivery.
Their cake pops have been used as centerpieces, gifts, and favors for all occasions.
I had a bouquet delivered to Mr. Kim Chee last Valentine's Day. He was pretty popular at the office that day!
Cheesecakes come in full-sized, mini, bite-sized, and in pop form. Some of the many flavors include Blueberry Creme, Caramel Brownie, Mocha, and Turtle. There are also seasonal flavors, including Candy Cane and several varieties of pumpkin.
By the way, there were blueberry cheesecake pops in that V-day bouquet I mentioned. Oh. My. Gosh. I want a whole bouquet for myself!
And don't forget the cookies! The cutout cookies are both beautiful to look at and really, really delicious to eat!
These are the cookies we ordered for The Kid's 2nd birthday.
And guess what--there are cookie pops too!
Hungry yet? :D Well, keep reading to find out how you can score some treats for yourself!
